Sponsorship Request for Twin Falls Tonight
The Twin Falls Tonight Committee invites you to join us in celebration and sponsorship of the 22nd year of the Twin Falls Tonight Concert Series. The 2022 concerts will begin on Wednesday, June 22nd, filling the city center with music, fun and food. Our season will run through Wednesday, July 27th for a total of 6 weeks of concerts. The concerts will be continuing this season at the intersection of Main Avenue and Hansen Street, at the site of the Downtown Commons.
In the past, the success of Twin Falls Tonight has largely been due to the contributions of our sponsors who have generously given their names and financial support to the event. The Downtown Commons venue provides sponsors and the community a space to mingle and share in the magic of Downtown Twin. The concerts begin at 6:00 pm and continue through 9:00 pm each Wednesday night. Food and beverages are served by your friends at local businesses.
Family-friendly entertainment and the Market on Main continue to be part of the fun each week. Your sponsorship will help assure the success of the Twin Falls Tonight concerts. We have several different levels of sponsorship for our event and these are detailed in the Sponsorship Commitment form enclosed with this letter. You can select the level of participation that best meets your needs. As a sponsor, your organization is sure to receive exposure from media campaigns and all promotions for the event. You will also gain exposure from the audience attending the concerts. As a company dedicated to enhancing the Twin Falls community, you are definitely an ideal partner for us in this venture.

Sponsorship Levels
Platinum Sponsor ($2,500 or higher)
- Media coverage including, weekly print ads, radio and television advertising, beginning one week prior to your event.
- Flyers and schedules distributed throughout the community.
- Stage signage or banners at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to set up a booth at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor.
- Option to select type of music for your night.
- Intermission marketing opportunities.
- Swag package which includes a limited number of swag merchandise items and beverage coupons.
Gold Sponsor ($1,000)
- Media coverage including, weekly print ads, radio and television advertising, beginning one week prior to the event.
- Flyers and schedules distributed throughout the community.
- Signage or banners at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to set up a booth at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor.
- Intermission marketing opportunities.
Silver Sponsor ($500)
- Media coverage including, weekly print ads, radio and television advertising, beginning one week prior to the event.
- Flyers and schedules distributed throughout the community.
- Signage or banners at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor. Note that your banner should be a maximum of 6′ by 3′ in size.
- Opportunity to set up a booth at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor.
Bronze Sponsor ($250)
- Media coverage including, weekly print ads, radio and television advertising, beginning one week prior to the event.
- Flyers and schedules distributed throughout the community.
- Signage or banners at the concert site on the night we feature you as a sponsor. Note that your banner should be a maximum of 6′ by 3′ in size.
In addition, sponsors receive (1) weekly recognition on an event sponsor banner provided by the Twin Falls Tonight
Committee, (2)a featured spot on our website, twinfallstonight.com and (3) recognition on our Facebook Fan page.
